返品及び返金 / Retuen and Refund

返品及び返金は原則受け付けておりません。過去にすり替えトラブルがございましたため、ご容赦ください。初期不良があった場合、交換対応させていただきます。

We don't accept any retun or refund but we accept exchange if the item is damaged.

 

交換 / Exchange

初期不良は、受け取り後２日以内にご連絡ください。交換させていただきます。

If you find your item is damaged or any trouble, please contact us less than 2 days after you receive the item. We can offer exchange for you.
